TenderCraft provides access to an AI-powered platform for monitoring, analyzing, and generating documentation for public tenders. Our platform uses advanced artificial intelligence technologies to streamline the public procurement participation process.

2Subscriptions and Payments

Platform usage is subscription-based:

• •Growth – €499/month for growing teams
• •Enterprise – Custom pricing for large organizations

3Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day trial period without requiring credit card information at registration. This allows you to explore all platform features before making a subscription decision.

4AI Responsibility

TenderCraft uses advanced algorithms to generate compliance matrices and technical proposals. The end user remains responsible for the final verification of documents before submitting them to contracting authorities. The platform provides suggestions and automations, but the final decision belongs to the user.

5Intellectual Property

The source code, AI algorithms, and platform interface are the exclusive property of TenderCraft. The user owns the rights to proposals generated for their own use. Reproduction or distribution of platform components without prior written consent is not permitted.

6Service Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from account settings. Platform access will be maintained until the end of the already paid period. After expiration, data will be retained according to our privacy policy.
